Happy Indigenous People's Day!

I guess we are supposed to abandon all wars and treaties that have occurred in the last 500 years to appease everyone that claims to be ‘indigenous” to somewhere. Human life likely started in Africa and spread from there. Many Christians believe the Garden of Eden was in Africa or nearby.

There is a movement in the US to discredit the country, as if we are the only country in the world that has been formed by colonization. Nearly every country in the world was formed by colonization or was affected by it. I guess that part is left out of world history textbooks these days.

I’m all for Indigenous Peoples Day or Native American Day. What I’m not in favor of is that this day must replace Columbus Day.

You mean which party fights to keep Columbus Day relevant?
Democrats seemed to believe that without Columbus, none of the atrocities, such as displacing natives, slave trade, diseases, etc would occur. The country would be full of natives and Mexicans living in harmony and building a first class nation.

So you honor a man that committed those atrocities because according to you if he hadn't of done them someone else would have. That's asinine.

You mean my hatred for the atrocities committed by Western civilization and you can move your pasty ass back to Europe.
Yeah, how come you don't care about the atrocities that blacks commit on a near daily basis?
