Happy Birthday, Dan! Don't get too drunk!

As most of you probably know already, Dan is my little brother who lives and goes to school down in Aiken, SC. Although his birthday isn't listed because he likely never listed it in his profile, I've always remembered this day because of the Challenger explosion.

I know that's not the best way to remember a Bro's birthday but I try to look at it as something great coming from something terrible. (even though they weren't the same years).

I royally screwed up! I started thinking about the Challenger explosion after I posted this thread and it got me thinking. Then the more I thought about it I started to think I had the date wrong (not of the Challenger, but the way I remembered it). I believe I always remembered it because it was exactly one month AFTER Challenger. I couldn't confirm this morning because it was too early. I just got off the phone with my sis, and as I suspected his birthday is actually February the 28th!

So, sorry to those who posted and sorry to Dan for having your birthday wrong! Enjoy the early wishes!

We were watching it on TV, when it went up I stood up and stated, "It just blew up!" People in the classroom kept calling me an idiot until they finally realized that I was right.

Actually, I live in North Augusta now, Jim is right about me never updating my profile. But, it's only about five miles outside of Aiken, so I still say Aiken. And, yeah, it sucks that when you say Aiken, people think of Clay.
