I am curious what Trump delivered. He did not build a wall as promised. He did not eliminate Obamacare and replace it with something better. There were less manufacturing jobs when he left office than we came in. He did add 450,000 manufacturing jobs before COVID but Obama added 900,000.
He did provide tax reductions but added 7.8 trillion dollars to the debt. The third highest in same year dollars. The other 2, Bush and Lincoln fought wars. He did put through prison reform. He knew he, his family and associates could spend time in jail.
I am no fan of the current administration but much better than Trump.
Plus there is morality and ethics back as much as you can get in politics.

It reminds me of Oprah back in the day...at the time it was (and largely still is) a race to the bottom to book the most inflammatory guests and freak shows. You had Jenny Jones surprising people with their "secret crushes" that lead to a death, Geraldo's chair throwing incident, Morton Downey, Richard Bey, among others. Anyway, Oprah--after she made her a good living chided the other hosts for playing down to the audience after she had done it for about a decade.

Of course Hannity knows it's all a con. Unlike those who tune in daily though...I think that he knows somewhere in the back of his mind that there are real world consequences to the violence and insurrection. I'm sure most of it is a political calculation--having the face of your party/ideology be a guy wearing Viking horns and bringing a spear to the Congress is not a good thing--but perhaps he does understand that this is also bad for the nation... His viewers seem to think of real life as some sort of WWE telecast to where there are no real world implications to being as violent, rude, despicable, abhorrent and obnoxious as possible.
