It doesn't matter who caused this shit show, we have arbitrarily (?) picked our monkey in this monkey fight and in the course of it have abandoned any sense of decency and morals with it. The end justifies the means, that is how we operate today, that and lying to the masses.

You choose denial:

  1. "Statements from Israeli officials that critics cite as evidence of intent

This is a lie.

The intent is the most difficult element to determine. To constitute genocide, there must be a proven intent on the part of perpetrators to physically destroy a national, ethnical, racial or religious group. Cultural destruction does not suffice, nor does an intention to simply disperse a group. It is this special intent, or dolus specialis, that makes the crime of genocide so unique. In addition, case law has associated intent with the existence of a State or organizational plan or policy, even if the definition of genocide in international law does not include that element.

Importantly, the victims of genocide are deliberately targeted - not randomly – because of their real or perceived membership of one of the four groups protected under the Convention (which excludes political groups, for example). This means that the target of destruction must be the group, as such, and not its members as individuals. Genocide can also be committed against only a part of the group, as long as that part is identifiable (including within a geographically limited area) and “substantial.”

All you do is lie.

I don't like either Hamas or Israel. Both of them are murderous Zealots, though the difference is one of them is funded by US taxpayer money.

you don't like Hamas, a terrorist group, or Israel a democratic nation. The specific violent group and an entire country.
Do you really equate the two?

Yes, absolutely, 100%. Both are thuggish, absolutely violent and terroristic. Both are the same. I am not coming at this from an angle that one of them is "better" than the other, as they both are violent thugs.

I just feel like you are comparing apples to oranges. You are condemning the ruling party in one, but the entire population in the other.

One is a declared terrorist entity and the other is a nation with a diverse population.

That you equate the two is part of the problem.

I honestly believe that because neither of them can live in peace, they must be governed by a third body - perhaps the whole of Israel and Palestine should be a UN mandate or international trust/international zone patrolled by an international coalition.

now you listed "Israel" and "Palestine" which makes a little more sense in terms of like items, but not much because there is not country called Palestine.

Wrong. Most of the world recognizes Palestine.

That worked oh so well during the British Mandate where the Brits DISarmed the Jews and ARMED the Muslims.

We need to deport all Palestinian Arabs to South Carolina.
Why? Jordan was created to be their state by the same Mandate that created Israel. None of the other Muslim nations will accept Palestinians into their societies, they are kept in "camps" which have become cities completely separate and restricted. After over seventy years they haven't been allowed to assimilate into their new countries. Never in history has a population of refugees been kept separate for so long.
