Israel has a poor history of allowing Palestinians the right to return once hostilities end.

At the end of the 1948 war, Israel signed resolution 194, offering Arabs who had fled during the war the right to return if they would live in peace with the new state of Israel, but living in peace with Isreal meant recognizing the jurisdiction of the Israeli government, and the Arabs refused. The entire conflict is about nothing but the refusal of the Arabs to live in peace with the Jews.

There are hundreds of thousands of artifacts and archeological sites in Israel that proves that the Jewish people lived and flourished in the land of Israel. There is not even even one artifact or site that proves the existence of a Palestine or its people that lived there. Palestine is literally the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on humanity.

Actually, the Philistines have been just as archeologically attested to as the Hebrews.. probably more so. Same with the Canaanites.

When Arafaat launched the second intifada, Israel had offered all of Gaza and 93% of Judea and Samaria and the Palestinian negotiators had made a counter offer of that gave Israel 3.1% of Judea and Samaria and a 1 to 1 swap of land in Judea and Samaria for land in pre 1967 Israel. That's where negotiations were when Arafat ended the peace negotiations and the possibility of a Palestinians state.

No one knows if Arafat ever intended to make peace with Israel, but in 2000 he clearly didn't have enough support from the Palestinian people to sign a peace agreement as the Palestinians' own poll showed.

You're trying to communicate rationally with some guy that wants the Jews dead, as much as Hamas does... That's where you're making your mistake to assume that China Joe here is actually a real human being. The conflict is about the Arabs refusal to live in peace with Jews and nothing more. Arafat ended peace talks with Israel because, as the poll shows, the so called Palestinian people did not support living in peace with Jews, nothing more. The same is true of the current war and was the cause of the 1948 Arab attack on the new state of Israel. Then as now, the Jews wanted peace and the Arabs didn't.
