Israel currently controls ~65% of the Gaza Strip. There should be no starvation or lack of medical care in those areas.

Perhaps there isn't. All the numbers we see, including from the UN, come from Hamas, so it is impossible to know just what is going on. However, whatever the actual numbers are, Israel went into Gaza to disarm the Palestinians and free the hostages, not to babysit the very people who launched the Oct 7 massacre. If the so called Palestinians become too uncomfortable, they can end the war at any time by freeing the hostages and disarming.

You fake it by doing just what you did, which is post a photograph of a child with a devastating genetic or chronic illness, or post a photograph of a child from Yemen or Sudan where there really is widespread starvation and an actual famine. And it is despicable to exploit the suffering of children in this way.

Edited to add: Yep. Sure enough. This photo appears to have been taken by the same photographer who faked the story about Mohammad Al-Motawaq. And guess what? There is another photograph which appears to be the same child with the rest of her family. Her brother looks shockingly healthy.

I'm not as gullible as you seem to think. For example, I don't believe either of you know for sure the story behind the picture you just assume it is fake because it doesn't fit your narrative. It may be fake but I'm not the only one who believes it to be legit and I haven't seen anyone else deny it.

Hamas is the main weapon the Palestinians use to attack Israel, so to disarm the Palestinians, Hamas must be destroyed, and because the Palestinian people created Hamas and the other terrorist organizations, after Hamas has been destroyed, Israel must keep security control over Gaza to prevent these called Palestinians there from creating new terrorist organizations, other than attacking Israel, the Palestinians will be free to do anything they want to do, to prosper or to starve if thy like.

Aren't you? How much research did you do on this photograph, on this child, and on this child's family before you posted it? What is her name? How many siblings does she have? What is their current health status? Where does she currently live? What is the results of her medical tests?

No, I don't assume it is fake because it fits my narrative. I believe it to be fake (in the sense that this is a child in ill health due to her family being unable to procure food for extended periods of time) because I have RESEARCHED these photographs and the families and have found with absolute consistency that these "starving" children (and adults) have genetic or chronic illnesses and that the malnutrition they are tragically suffering from is directly correlated to the illness and NOT the unavailability of food.

Further, you should be aware of this, as at least two cases have been outed prominently. (Mohammed and Osama). You DO know that the NYT corrected their cover story about Mohammed, don't you?

I believe the photograph you posted is of Maryam Abdulaziz Mahmoud Davvas. I don't have a smoking gun on it, but it does appear to be the same child. She is 9 years old, was underweight prior to the war, and her weight has now dropped dramatically. According to the information I can find, she needs medical treatment abroad, but the doctors in Gaza have not yet determined an underlying illness. She has a 14-year-old brother and twin 1-year-old brothers. All images I can find of the family show her siblings and her parents are healthy and normal weight. I find no reason to believe that her family would be deliberately withholding food from her while feeding themselves. (That would be an abomination child abuse).

If There was genocide and mass starvation it would be a problem finding exactly that mass starvation
