Also: Subtitle E of the new (proposed) Democrat “demand” would amend the One Big Beautiful Bill Subtitle B by eliminating it entirely. This is very concerning since the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (at Section 71109), which comes under that Act’s Subtitle B, specifically addresses “Alien Medicaid Eligibility.”

The point is: there is zero valid reason to change that law with regard to the prospect of any illegal alien obtaining Medicaid benefits.

If, as Lesh inaccurately contends, illegal aliens aren’t “eligible for ACA, benefits,” then there’s no reason to eliminate that provision of the OBBB Act.

Clearly, our Dims are lying. They do want to have us pay for Medicaid for illegal aliens. And they are content to shutdown our government as an instrument to compel it without concern for the American citizens the shutdown may hurt. It’s just politics and extortion for them.
