Yes, this term of "occupied Palestinian territories" is a default definition.

I'm think this was counter-propaganda in response to the kidnapping and murder of three Israeli teenagers were at the bus/hitchhiking stop at the Israeli settlement of Alon Shvut in Gush Etzion, in the occupied West Bank.

The phrase is actually nothing more than a description. By the end of 1968, there was still no standard form. Used differently to express different concerns. My favorite resolution is UN A/RES/2443 (1968), that uses the most descriptors:

• Arab civilian population in areas occupied by Israel,
• Arab territories under military occupation by Israel,
• Human rights in occupied territories,
• Human rights in Arab territories occupied by Israel,
• Human rights in occupied territories,
• Inhabiting areas occupied by Israel,

The all convey essentially the HR Article #42 meaning (territory actually placed under the authority of the hostile army). And the occupation has a very practical and definitive limit [occupation extends only to the territory where such authority (restore, and ensure, as far as possible, public order and safety) has been established and can be exercised]. Thus, anywhere - in which the State of Israel cannot maintain or restore, and ensure, as far as possible, public order and safety - is NOT occupied.

Example: The Gaza Strip is not occupied because the State of Israel cannot maintain or restore, and ensure, as far as possible, public order and safety.

Example: Area "A" as defined by the Oslo Accords, where by agreement, the full civil and security control of the Palestinian Authority.

Of course the demographic threat of arabs is a frequently used argument,
but just to put it in perspective- there are some researches in the academic circles, who claim that by 2020 Israel shall have a majority of traditional and orthodox G-d fearing Jews. The most fruitful are the communities in Judea and Samaria.

why do you keep playing this game? What of hamas and other palestinian groups using kids and human shields, as soldiers, and weapons. Teaching them ow to kill, how to stab Israelis.

Sharha was never a human shield, just someone that had been arrested and the soldiers protected during the clash.

Israeli soldiers are not perfect, they are human, but they are not the villains you try to make them into.

If palestinians keep attacking, Israeli soldiers will respond. Stop the violence and sit down at the table to talk.

Stop throwing children and teens in to the line of fire and using them to fight and kill. Keep them home and safe. Don't let them run the streets and taunt or sling rocks and molotov bottles or worse.

Sharha's parents should have guarded their son so he does not get in trouble or have to be arrested. Why was he not in school or helping his parents at work or home?

I think you will find that children participate in most resistance movements. Just because the resistance is against Jews, that you adore, it doesn't mean that resistance movements will behave differently when the Jews are the oppressors.

Most resistance movements don't use their own children as shields.
Except the cowardly Arab Muslim pussies in the West Bank and Gaza.

No, the IDF uses Palestinian children as shields, not the Palestinians. You are mistaken.

“…there is no evidence that Hamas used Palestinians human shields as defined by International Law… but if you would like to talk about human shields Israel routinely uses Palestinians human shields, I have witnessed it with my own two eyes…” [5]
