There is no gun culture problem. There is a crazy people problem.

I agree. Maybe it's not the time to cut the funding for mental health?

Maybe it is a very time to stop providing crazymen with guns? And if we take into consideration that every year, about 42.5 million American adults (or 18.2 percent of the total adult population in the United States) suffers from some mental illness, enduring conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia we MUST ban gun selling at all. We live in a crazy society that is why we don't deserve weapon.

Unfortunately I still don't think that will work. The genie's out of the bottle -- there are already more guns than people in this country, absurd as that fact is. The reality is that pretty much anyone who wants a gun can find a way to get one. Just as anyone who wants a stash of pot can find it, legal or not.

The gun culture is what has to change -- the cultural value that keeps telling us the solution to whatever's interrupting the flow of our day is to blow it away. That is what we need to get rid of. The crazy people, at base all they're doing is following those orders.

The reality is that pretty much anyone who wants a gun can find a way to get one.

And this isn't a just a problem in the United States....criminals and crazies around the world in countries with absolute gun control can still get guns......France, the 3 muslim terrorists....1 a convicted criminal and 2 of them on terrorist watch lists got highly illegal, strictly controlled fully automatic rifles, a rocket propelled grenade launcher and hand grenades....dittos for the terrorist in Belgium....the killer in gun controlled Canada got his illegal gun easily, and in Australia, the immigrant muslim terrorist got an illegal gun and killed 4 people, not to forget that guns are easily accessible to Australian biker gangs and criminals in their immigrant communities...

And lets not forget Britain...or Norway, or South Korea......all strictly gun controlled countries and their crazies still get guns....

and Puerto Rico....strictest gun control laws in the United States, and island so yuou can't just drive guns across a border and one of the highest gun murder rates in the world....

So you are right.....anyone who wants a gun can find a way to get one....anywhere in the world.......
