Who pays attention to those campaign ads anyway? They never actually change anyone's minds, and everybody knows which way they're voting already.

I guess it was politically pointless for the Republicans in Congress to rubber stamp the far left Draconian style gun control last month?

It apparently just whet the Left's taste for even crazier and wilder gun control.

This is why the "Slippery Slope" theorem as far as gun control is so valid. Libs SAY they only want "common sense" restrictions, but the reality is they want Full Confiscation but are doing it incrementlily.

In the case of guns, Democrats are more obsessed with gun confiscation than sensible control. The Democrat gun mindset is on display in our Democrat run cities, as Democrats have created hundreds of mini 'wild wests' where they can use guns to live out their lawless fantasies. I read somewhere that the Giffords PAC was considering Alec Baldwin to be their Executive Director next year.
