The solution would be to have the same kind of gun laws enforced at a federal rather than state level. That way, people wouldn't have the same kind of opportunity to buy guns in states with lax laws (like KY), and transport them to places with strong laws like Chicago. The problem isn't with the gun laws per se, but rather with the way they vary from state to state.
Sorry...that is a dumb argument....States without the extreme gun control laws of Chicago, and that have guns stores all over the place do not have the shooting galleries that chicago has in the democrat neighborhoods.
Can you explain that? How is it that cities in states with gun stores in those cities...that allow people to buy guns and carry guns easily, have lower gun murder rates than Chicago does. Considering that Chicago has the toughest anti gun laws in the state, and will not allow gun stores inside city limits....

So....riddle me this Batman.......
France...
Has complet ban on military rifles...you cannot buy them in gun stores, since no gun stores exist. You can't buy them in gun shows, since they do not exist either. They have extreme gun control......
And yet, all of their criminals, and all of the terrorists easily acquired fully automatic rifles, pistols, grenades and explosives......
Explain that Batman.
