Gun belonged to federal agent

The gun used in last week’s controversial shooting on a San Francisco pier belonged to a federal agent. Officials who inspected the gun traced its serial number to a federal agent.

the shooter was Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez – a Mexican immigrant who had been deported back to his home country five times and was allegedly living in the US illegally
