WASHINGTON (CBSDC) — Greenpeace is warning children the world over Santa Claus might not be bringing gifts to them because of global warming.

A “Save the Arctic” video released by the environmental group shows a sullen and dirty Santa – played by Jim Carter of “Downton Abbey” — in a dark, concrete room with water dripping from the ceiling.

Man is not causing global warming that is a lie. There is no reliable evidence man caused a short 15 year period of about a 3rd of a degree of warming that has stopped for another 15 years.

And another blithering idiot.

It must really nag the warmer crowd that mankind's total impact on the green earth is the equivalent of the negligent sum of 28/10,000. If you had known that you wouldn't realize that the brilliant man you just dissed is telling the truth.

That link appears to be a great summary of the argument. The fact that some propaganda calculates the rankings of GHGases LEAVING out H2O vapor is particularly damning..

But its just as bad that CO2 warming power is used by IPCC WITHOUT derating for the presence of H2O vapor many times in their "reports"..

It seemed to me to be okay, too, but I appreciate your input if it helps people in your high level of understanding be able to bring it to average citizens' understanding by putting it in layman's terms so they will know how pathetic it would be to spend half the world's resources on something that has that low of an impact on the scheme of things in the atmosphere. .28% is truly negligible. (28/10,000), although it's truly nice to see clear skies in the area of a steam plant these days with modern scrubbers taking out all that used to go up.

And I still believe we can work on engines to procure more power from the fuels they use, which would economize on the amounts necessary to complete the task of reducing smog in large population areas that use automobiles as their main method of transportation. People could take buses to work. And with hands free of the wheel, they could read a book or newspaper, study lecture notes if a student, learn a language with a listening device or tapes, crochet, embroider or knit linens or wearables, and feel happy about not having to fight traffic, park a car in a space that is too small for comfort, and all the stress that can go with driving.

Sorry, but I like that vid. The targeted children won't see it if the parents are parenting on what they are allowed to watch. And since the adults of this generation and previous ones didn't give a damn that we all are contributing to killing mother earth, then yeah. They should know.
