Great News! President Trump Won't Rule Out Pardoning General Flynn.

If I pardon him, he won't have to testify, that is as deep as the STATE of Trump's brain gets.*

*Deep state is a term that originated over seas, I do not know which right wing talking head heard it, but it is misused here.

Two things will happen if the orange idiot pardons Flynn.....

First, the indictment will be picked up by either the state of NY or Virginia and Trump CANNOT pardon Flynn's sorry and greedy, treasonous ass from state prosecution.....and

Second, if anyone in that corrupt congress needed further evidence of Trump "obstructing justice," Trump will hand that evidence to them on a platter.
Who told you that shit? Trump can pardon anyone, anywhere. He pardoned Sheriff Joe and that's the end of it.

I'm not here to educate morons.......Look it up...or have a grown up look it up for you.....Here a hint, however, look up why we have a 10th amendment.

That pardon rule was not given to the state but to the sitting president.

Why in the holy hell would this be a good thing? Flynn is one of the few players here where there is hard evidence that he blatantly broke the law. He did so while in high levels of government as well.

You have gone off the deep end if you would be happy with a Trump pardon.

10 legal experts on why Trump can’t pardon his way out of the Russia investigation

While it’s impossible to predict what Trump will do, nearly all the experts I spoke to agree on one thing: If Trump does use his pardoning powers to thwart the Russia investigation, it’s very likely to backfire.

If someone like Flynn or Kushner were preemptively pardoned, he wouldn’t be able to plead the Fifth Amendment if he were called to testify against Trump. The Fifth Amendment protects citizens against self-incrimination. But if someone has been pardoned, they no longer face the threat of prosecution, and so they can’t use a desire to avoid incriminating themselves as an excuse not to answer a question.

So in addition to potentially obstructing justice, Trump would only leave himself — and his colleagues — more vulnerable if he decided to pardon anyone currently under investigation. Of course, that doesn’t mean he won’t pull the trigger anyway. But he might want to think long and hard about the implications before he does.

There is, however, one scenario in which Trump could save himself and others from potential prosecution. It’s what Susan Bloch, a law professor at Georgetown, calls the Nixon scenario: “Trump pardons them [Flynn, Kushner, Manafort, and Donald Trump Jr.] as he is exiting the White House and Trump exits early, allowing Pence to become president, and Pence then pardons Trump. Trump will then have successfully shielded himself and his colleagues from criminal liability.”

...Flynn is one of the few players here where there is hard evidence that he blatantly broke the law...

Let's do the math. Crooked Hillary's corrupt team at the FBI came up with the ridiculous "Russian Dossier" that everyone knows is BS. Based on the fabricated "Russian Dossier" Crooked Hillary's corrupt team at the FBI get a warrant to wiretap Trump's people. They spy on Flynn and get a transcript of his phone calls. Then without his lawyer present ask him a question and his answer is inconsistent with the transcripts of his illegally obtained phone calls.

Flynn obviously should be pardoned, assuming it is even necessary.

"Excellent," Snout........it is always "best" to defend one idiot, by accusing another idiot and hope no one notices....What could possibly go wrong?

(but, feel assured that some of your fellow morons will "think" that you're just so darn clever......LOL)
