Great Idea For a Movie

I want to hear your idea. My idea is a movie called the BIG Crunch. Movie begins with earth only having a couple years left. The Big crunch is happening and we discover this with about 100 years before it wipes out our galaxy. We know it's going to happen. So then the story goes back to when we first discover it's going to happen in 100 years. NO ONE will have any kids. Why would you bring in a baby you know will meet it's end in 100 years? Or maybe at first half the population stops breeding. But with 50 years to go no one would want to bring a baby in to this world. But some people will. I'm sure some will right up to the very end but most won't knowing if they do the kids will see doomsday come. Would you want to have a kid if you knew earth was going to be DONE in 20 years? Maybe some people would breed like crazy. Fuck it. Bring in as many babies as you can so they go to heaven.

Thee would certainly be a breakdown in society. People couldn't handle this. Maybe when they first discover it they hide it and then it leaks out like in a Bob Woodward book. LOL We find out they knew about it 10 years earlier. Allowed people to have kids not knowing the world was coming to an end.

The end of my movie would end with 2 years to go. No one works. Just enjoying what time we have left. Maybe even appreciating the time more knowing 2 years it's all over.

And it just seems depressing. LOL.

So I'd love to hear anyone else's idea for a movie.

Maybe I'll change mine to the end of the world but a ship going to inhabit another planet. I know that's been done before but mine would be better. It would show how to inhabit a planet properly. Don't buy into communism or religion. Green technology first. Don't over populate. Did I say no ISM's? Yea, no capitalism, communism or socialism. No multiple governments. No conflicts other than verbal. Everyone has an android that does everything a slave could do. No plastic. No rich taking over or having undo influence. No big cities, major crime. Hi tech.

No taxes and no working for someone else 40 hours a week. Everybody works as many hours as they need, for themselves.

It could work. As you posted depressing ending though but would make a good film with the right story and character development by the writers. I see in my mind a scene of everyone sharing blankets ,food and hugs along with honest sincere dialog as it all comes to and end with everyone hanging on to each other.

And I could see a lot of people having babies, even knowing we're all going to die in 10 years. Even 1 year. Why would you not want to love a baby a year before the world ends? What's the saying? It's better to have lived and died than to have never lived at all? LOL

I have many, most of which I'll never give away.

But one is an actual theory out there in conspiracy land.

It's about the earth being a hell of a lot older than humans think it is.
And the reason we keep finding artifacts, skeletons, and "strange objects" the farther humans dig down into the ground, is because each age or level of humanity that has lived on this earth, has died off for some reason.

The human population is never completely exterminated, but the few that are left have to start all over again because of the global catastrophe.

It takes many thousands of years for the human race to rebuild itself over and over and over again and again and again.
This is why there are things found so deep down into the earth, that it makes scientists question all the knowledge they've gained over their professional lives.

And come to find out..........deep, deep, deep, deeeeeeeeeeeeeeep down in the earth, an entirely extinct civilization existed billions of years ago that is eons superior to what we have now. An entire civilization that was based on living with and using biological resources to live and grow. No radioactive, toxic, or deadly resources constructed to benefit greed mongers and kill the citizens of this planet, but live in harmony with it.
