He certainly deserves a poor grade:

1. Stimulus bill - Stimulus... Right.
2. Terrorist attacks - you already mentioned that.
3. Nothing even remotely resembling 'transparency' (as he promised).
4. Healthcare sell-out - Seriously messed up.
5. More troops to Afghanistan after winning the Nobel Peace Prize - Huh?
6. Very poor speaking ability without a teleprompter. He can't think on his feet. Everything has to be scripted.
7. No experience and it shows.

I give him a B. His mistakes, trying to work with the radical right wing confederate Republican Party whose goal is to bring down this country so they could say the president "failed". Except, they failed, which is no surprise since they seem pretty good at "failure".

Another mistake was working with the Confederate Republican party on health care when they publicly stated they wanted it to be this president's "waterloo" and their only goal was bring down the president of the United States. Which is ironic, since that's the same goal as al Qaeda and the KKK.

He has some positives.

He brought us back from the brink that the Confederate Republican party led us too when they tried to destroy our economy. He even made billions in interest from the loans he gave out.

Far less Americans have died under his watch as compared to the Bush administration and the Confederate Republicans who not only let thousands of Americans die, they let the guy who did it go.

Under Obama, are any of the attackers still free?

He has helped restore our place in the world. Other countries no longer see us as a greater threat than al Qaeda.

He is trying to improve education and bring back science. You don't hear that much anymore about replacing science with "mysticism".

So, in spite of the fact that you have an entire network dedicated to bringing him down and you have the entire Confederate/Republican party working against him, he gets a solid B.

I give him an F because he lacks the scrotum to make the hard decisions we need, like being able to say NO to a corrupt/paid-for Congress.

It's awful watching this transpire, but to be honest he never had any life experience that included work, so this is to be expected by most candy assed selections.

If one were to tabulate a list of winners and losers from 2009, one thing is certain: There will be a great deal more of the latter than the former.

Moving quickly, the big winner in 2009 was, drum roll please, Barack Obama.

Second place: Sarah Palin.

Hey, she goes from governor of Alaska to celebrity, bestselling author, with more copies sold than another prominent author, and suddenly becomes the personification of buzz. That she didn’t win doesn’t make her a loser, though the same can’t be said of that McCain fellow.

...In the search for a biggest loser, though, we’re just warming up. Forget Tiger, forget Churchill. The undisputed biggest loser has to be the one contender who entered the year with a Greek chorus of yes-people committed to blessing his every word.

The biggest loser enjoyed fawning cover stories in magazines from Time to GQ, was a regular on late-night television, an international superstar who promised the Olympics, but in the end couldn’t deliver even a pizza.

2009’s biggest loser? Same as its biggest winner:

Barack Obama.
