Ohh these hotels are paid. They get compensation. They just can't say no. As the invasion forces more and more of the third world into this country the government may enforce square footage requirements on homeowners. A person can quite comfortably live in 400 square feet. Therefore larger homes will be assigned residents as a matter of equity. Homes with guest rooms will have families assigned to each guest room. Why should people be allowed to live in big houses with rooms they don't even use, while people are living in the street? Naturally the homeowner will be compensated a nominal amount.

Ohh they're probably going to pay them alright, otherwise to stay out of violating the clause you listed, but In doing so they are going to violate other laws or regulations/rules that prohibit the use of public funds without the congressional approval of those funds to be used in such a way.

Large investment groups get federal funds to help build section 8 units and then they get section 8 rent money for housing one legal even if there are 8 illegal in that same unit. Its a racket and the majority is paying for the few that reap the benefits of it all.
