(Speedy trial). Is Major Nadal still growing a beard? It's going on three years to prosecute a slam dunk capital crime but for some reason the Justice Dept seems reluctant to give the families of the 13 Soldiers killed and the 30 wounded victims of the jihad rage the closure they deserve.

His trial will be conducted by the military not the civilian system. Different rules. Having said that there is no reason the Military should have taken this long.

No, it's not a conspiracy. The Army just wants to make sure they get this right and that he has no grounds for an appeal.
