The Primorsky regional administration announced Thursday that the government-owned electronics manufacturer Radiopribor will declare bankruptcy and become a subsidiary of the Dubnensky car factory.

I know bankruptcies occur all the times, but the significance of this one is the factory is government owned. Is this the beginning of the end of the Russian empires. Is Russian and its oil powered economy slipping over a cliff, like the old Soviet Union did? Did Russia leave Syria because it can no longer afford to prop up a murderer?

Not sure if this is an ominous sign of things to come?
