If Gorsuch was really true to the law of the land & not another political hack, he would refuse to be considered until the previous nominee had their fair chance.

But hey, Republicans cheat. The cheated to ignore Obama's nominee, they cheat in gerrymandering. They cheated in voter suppression.

If only the pathetic party knew how to govern & had good ideas.... then they would not have to cheat.

OK, that is a snowflake cry baby wailing from the left.

Not as bad as the far right (the saveliberty types, you know), but quite terrible, yes.

So, you don't think that gerrymandering & voter suppression are not cheating?

They are not health politically, no, but that has nothing to do with Gorsuch, does it?

Don't play into the hands of the right wing fascists, please.

Gorsuch was pick unanimously so he must be well qualified.

This a presidential choice not who is first in line. Last year of a presidency, the choice goes to the next elected president. Presidents only nominate, congress then decides.

Hillary was not elected to pick the supreme court, the choice goes to Trump, not Obama.

Gorsuch is the one being considered and there is no legal reason not to put him in the supreme court.

Republican congress and president don't want an Obama liberal "making" law instead of determining constitutionality of law.

The choice should be about who will follow the constitution and not impose their own ideas and values to create new law. That is not what the supreme court is about.

Congress makes laws, the court decides if it is constitutional.

And thanks to the cheating precedent of the Dims, Gorsuch will only need 51 votes to be seated on the Supreme Court.

Thanks Dims :clap2:

>>Historically, many Supreme Court nominations made in a President’s final year in office are rejected by the Senate. That started with John Quincy Adams and last occurred to Lyndon B. Johnson.<<

There is the Biden rule.........

Joe Biden’s 1992 opposition to lame-duck Supreme Court pick could doom Obama nomination

Get off this bullshit already. Had the witch won, she would have chosen an even more liberal candidate than Merrick. If you don't acknowledge that, you need to stop contributing political chat.

Bugger off!

I note you had no problem when Democrats were doing it. Your faux outrage needs a new veneer cover.
You know no such thing, or you would prove it. You can't, which proves you continue to lie.

"Elections have consequences"
They do, and Trump has been stumbling from failure to failure.

No reason, FascistFrank, to think anything will change as he stumbles right onto Pennsylvania Avenue and into the waitings hands of the FBI holding out handcuffs for Trump.

STFU, they did not cheat.

And before you get started, I did not vote vote for the petulant man-child.
