The OP gave link to a proposed aid package that was voted on this week. It is the very latest update regarding aid to Ukraine. Europe agreed to a 15 million dollar loan guarantee package. The loan guarantee package from the US remains unchanged.
The significance of the story is that the European community stepped up and agreed to take on the bulk of the financial responsibility while Republicans in the US Congress play the same kind of immature games with global issue's that they use in domestic issue's.
Some of you are just so dedicated to bashing the USA and supporting the enemy that you are blind to what is going on or just don't care. Are you counting crawford as vacations? He had an official office there, meaning he worked alot. I dont count those. Marthas vineyard is a vacation, dates in new york city are vacations, but working from home is work.
