Obama made them an offer to pay their back taxes for a very small percentage of what they owed.

Why he didn't go after them I don't know. But only one Presidential candidate was aggressive about doing something about it, and the amount of money that would have been brought back to pay towards the debt is unreal.

and he is, he has tax cuts, he'll work trade policy and then for the piece de resitance, the penalty for not taking the deals earlier..

I look at it like Palestine. They were given every effort to obtain piece but they denied it every time, finally Trump said, ok, well we're moving to Jerusalem, you missed your chance on that. He'll do it with the overseas cash. Give them a chance and if not, they will regret it.

Trump did it just to troll the rest of the world... and because his son and law is a Jew.
