It's pretty damn simple, congress should impeach any justice that abuses their authority and ventures into areas not granted by the Constitution. Wouldn't take many to bring them back in line.

I agree that Mitch McConnell needs to retire, and hand over the reigns to someone who is younger, can speak better, and handle the right wing nuts cases in the party with a freaking sludge hammer. I hope the new house leader does the same.

The Constitution is short, sweet and to the point. The framers knew that they were unable to live up to it's ideals, they gave it to their future as a goal that has yet to be acheived.

Living up to the blind fairness and freedom described in that document remains a goal that we should actually achieve and live by for a few years before we discuss tossing it aside.
