Where does the 14A say that.? Don't tell me the courts have "interpreted" it that way. Courts are not allowed to change the constitution. Only the states can do that via the amending process. Do some research.

The federal govt cannot amend it's own constitution. Only the states can. The FF were firm believers in states rights.

Yes, your arrogance is amazing. There is no amendment required if SCOTUS changes things in their rulings. The 14th Amendment has been interpreted by SCOTUS as incorporating the Bill of Rights, making all states bound by the 14th.
