Do you have any of those posts? If so, link them for me... Thanks...

Sorry - I got you confused with the OP...

The GOP has forgotten jobs. The jobs platform was what they were elected on!

So is that going to be Obama's slogan....hey, the other guys promised to get it done.

yea well politico did a piece a few weeks ago as to obama turning to job creation soooo many times....yet;

February 2009: In a speech to Congress, Obama says his economic plan will be focused on jobs.

November 2009, during the lull in health care debate: “This is my administration's overriding focus.”

January 2010: “What they can expect from this administration, and I know what they can expect from you, is that we are going to have a sustained and relentless focus over the next several months on accelerating the pace of job creation, because that's priority number one.”

April 2010: Post health-care, Obama goes on a bunch of “Main Street” tour stops to talk about jobs in April and May.

June 2010: The beginning of recovery summer.

December 2010: “And I think we are past the crisis point in the economy, but we now have to pivot and focus on jobs and growth.”

January 2011: Obama’s State of the Union focuses on jobs and afterward he makes a big jobs push (even though Egypt is taking up his, and the world's attention), launches “Startup America” initiative.

its the republicans fault you see.

He keeps getting distracted. Republicans threatened to cut off unemployment for millions of Americans unless he gave in to the Bush tax cuts. See, he wasn't willing to cut the baby in half. Republicans don't have that problem.

Then there was the debt ceiling debacle. Boehner got 98% of what he wanted. Teabirthers were dancing. Then the market crashed, but that part belonged to Obama.

Before that, at least one Republican was apologizing to BP over some small oil spill. Because Obama insisted they clean up their own mess and pay thousands of Americans for LOSING their jobs as well as 11 Americans losing their lives. Republicans made that guy head of the "Energy Committee".

Silly Obama. Putting Americans ahead of foreign oil companies. Thank Gawd for Republicans. To reset our priorities.

Are you officially giving up on Barry and the democratics job building efforts, looking to the Republicans to help you now?

When have Republicans ever helped with job building, except in China?

Remember, "Government can't make jobs"?

You had the WH,you had the Senate,You had the House.....
You had your chance....

It really is that simple.....

Senate?

Know what "filibuster" means?

Ever heard of "Blue Dogs"?

Learn baby, learn.

GOP can't help Obama create jobs because Obama might get credit for it in 2012.

Oops, sorry, I forget. I guess, "Screw America" works for them.

Republicans are just dying to "finish" what they started under Bush.

Hmm.. So how'd they get ObamaCare past that bad old filibuster and that pack of Blue Dogs?

So you admit Barry and the Democratics were ineffective on job creation and now you are turning to the Republicans for help...

Admitting your problems is half the battle...

Congrats for taking that first step....:clap2:

Ineffective against what? Republicans fighting them every step of the way? When will Republicans ever be on the side of "PEOPLE"? Not money and companies, but real people?

Notice no Republicans can name anything they have done for Americans? And they are so proud of that. So, so proud.

I'm so proud that you admitted Barry and the Democratics were failures...:clap2:

Kudos...

The GOP has forgotten jobs. The jobs platform was what they were elected on!

:cuckoo::cuckoo: Republicans did NOT run promising a million jobs to the American public. They did run on cutting government spending--reducing the deficit--and getting government regulation out of the way--so business could grow.

But NO--republicans never PROMISED YOU A JOB. Because unlike your Messiah--who has promised you a job--republicans understand that they can only encourage business in this country to grow and expand their businesse's thereby creating new jobs. The only way they can do that is to lower corporate tax rates--(which ain't gonna happen with Obama in the oval office.) For 4 years all Obama has done is to threaten them with higher taxes--in return they have tucked in like a turtle and are waiting for the threat to leave. That threat is Barack Obama.

I don't know how many threads you liberals have brought up with the same title--but just by you repeating it over and over and over a thousand times--DOESN'T MAKE IT TRUE.

Obama is the one that PROMISED you a JOB--and didn't deliver.

Democrats still hold the senate, so any policies that would create jobs has to go through the senate also which Harry Reid refuses to even allow any bills from the congress to be voted on in the senate. Blame the Democrats in the senate first, where it should be.
Obama has been talking jobs for over two years now, where is your blame for him ? He had complete control of both houses and the white house, but only managed to pass job killing bills. The Democrats had control of the senate since 2006, and controlled both houses from 2008 to 2010, lay the blame on this economy where it needs to be, not on the GOP that has only held office for under a year.

It occurs to me that if Obama were really a "leader", he'd have found a way to get Republicans to work with him.
