Just say you are posting it from a friend who isn't on X. But if you do that, you gotta link us to it and any responses people give. I bet lots of people would get a chuckle out of it, I know I do.

I based the idea off of a few old 3 Stooge shorts where they posted a map of Europe with everything labeled goofy labels (Great Britain was Great Mitten, shaped like a mitten, etc.).

I just have never had any real interest in doing any place other than here; I tried one other place briefly and didn't like it. USMB has me all to themselves.

I have mixed feelings about this re-naming business but I don't much care and it kinda-sorta has a nice ring to it.

Google is wise to wait until Federal maps make-the-switch so that Google can claim it wasn't their choice, in case it backfires.
