My boys are in this charter school, the books are pretty bad.

Teachers are defined as leaders who make rules.

A family is any group of people who care for one another.

The statue of liberty was a gift from a french artist, nothing more.

Mrs Adams is a founding father, no mention of John adams.

They are pretty bad. I think our books are written back east somewhere and I am sure we are not the only state forced to use them.

How did we or do we, or ANY Nation reach the point where we can look at things like these and call "good" "evil" and call "evil" good".

You support censorship, I get it.

What I mean is that free speech means that people should be able to be heard. I for one am in favor of religion being kept out of schools, if kids, or their parents, want to learn religious stuff, then it's for their time outside of school. Lots of things are banned in schools. Doesn't necessarily make it bad. Schools should be about learning skills, it makes no different the content half the time as long as it fits the requirements to teach those skills.

It's not censorship to not use certain books at school. They can read them outside of school, fine, whatever.

Oh, I also don't think kids should be doing Shakespeare at school, but then, does that mean I support censorship? He was a Christian too you know.
