Raising the minimum wage by government---does not help anyone except the rich whose asset values go up.
1) It costs jobs---fewer people working making more on welfare costing taxpayers
2) it causes inflation making everything more expensive (raising profits for the rich) and causing old people and those on a fix income It to resort to dog food to eat
3)it pushes manufacturing overseas making china happy but the US poorer.
4) It means skilled workers making over $15 an hour or have worked their way up are paid about the same as the unskilled workers making the $15 an hour who haven't worked their way up----which means all of their skills and extra time working become meaningless.

Only for micro-economics. Higher paid labor creates more in demand and generates more in tax revenue in every long run macro-economic equilibrium.

So you were against Trumps tariffs which we’re trying to get a decent trade agreement. Instead of sending more money to China then we were receiving back. Which meant we were making them rich which allowed them to finance more projects of other countries. Which meant more political pull and influence. Where as you are in favor of Biden’s tax increase which will do very little, except to increase costs of product. It will still allow more money going to China. It will do very little to increase the general fund. If any of Biden’s green new deal or infrastructure projects actually come to fruition it will mean nothing but more debt.
I fail to see how one is so much better or even equal to the other.

Not at the same pace; the minimum wage may double but prices won't. A gain in purchasing power (parity) for Labor. Why not ask Congress for a tax break to help business cope with the minimum wage raise?
