Some cultural group has always hated some other cultural group the whole of human history.

What the Brits have done to the Scots, Irish, and other UK cultures over the centuries has lasted quite a while.

The continuing conflict between the Christians and the Muslims has lasted for centuries.

What's been done to the indigenous people of the Americas has been going on for centuries... but then they were killing each other off even before Europe started settling in the Americas.

White against black goes back to the dawn of time if we go by what we see on the noted wars of Egypt... but then whites have been killing off other whites and blacks have been killing off other blacks since the dawn of time also.
