From everything I'm seeing, Trump isn't getting rid of the Medicaid option for states, it's just that he wants to get rid of the mandatory option for people to have insurance, and allow companies to offer insurance benefits across state borders.

So all the Trump supporters asking for people to quit being leeches on society isn't going to change.
