Trump continually stated when he was running for his first term, that he is NOT any political party, he aligns himself with the Republicans of today, because they are the ones who fit his agendas for what he wants to do to clean up this country.

Totally agree. I know they're all politicians but I prefer the ones who don't try to gag me and my fellow Americans while taxing the crap out of us and forcing us to be injected with experimental biological agents.

Isaiah has been disallusioned with the Democrat Party for some time now. So now he's making it official. He didn't leave the Party. It left him.
Trump indeed is not a Republican but is far more closely allied with the Republican Party despite its faults than he is with the anti-American Democrats that he agrees with in very little.
Trump is neither partisan nor ideologue which makes him anathema to the Democrats and occasionally gets him in trouble with the Republican. Even though his businesses seek to do business around the world, he genuinely puts America first and wants to do good things for America and Americans.

IMHO Trump is the Republican Party; he's completely transformed it from what it was to suit his world view, that's why the old "establishment" Republicans detest him as much as the Democrats do.
The Republican Party is now the party of the Trump Brand of Populism and there are no signs that's going to change any time soon. He's done the same thing as Obama did to the Democrat Party, transformed it from the party of Clinton's Third Way into the far left, identity politics driven progressive monstrosity that it is today.
