Global Warming is political "science" and politicians need a question put to them

I guess we could just stop the economy, right, commie?
Hey, if China, India, and Russia aren't going to step up, why should we sacrifice
our economy? We could shut down and it wouldn't make a rats ass difference, let that sink
in before you say something more that is stupid.
Goddamn, another ass proving what a dumb fuck they are. First, renewables are far cheaper to install and maintain than are fossil fuels or nuclear. Second , EV's are going to be less costly to own and fuel. Less costly to purchase by 2025. Far from stopping the economy, the economy will improve. And then there is the little matter of clean air and clean water.

Nothing we can't deal with...instead of ruining the American economy with radical fixes to something we don't even fully understand maybe we should place our priorities into adjusting and improvising with the conditions we face....both of which takes monetary investments...and we need a growing economy to do that...
Besides until you get China and India and other developing nations to go along the whole thing its a joke anyway...and ultimately just a burden on us...as usual.....when dems run things...
China invests more in renewables than any other nation one this planet. China has planted more trees than the rest of the nations on this planet put together. And you are a liar if you state that the economy does better under Republicans than Democrats;

You don't have to keep showing me how cheap reliable coal, gas and nuclear are.

You could explain why all the cheap renewables made German power so much more expensive.
Ah well, what else to expect than lies from a "Conservative". All are more costly than solar and wind. And all have externalities that are not included in the price like the cost of asthma and various cancers. Not that you give a damn about your fellow citizens health. Even were it less costly, until a private insurance company will insure a nuke plant, I do not regard them as safe.

You just couldn't help yourself from saying something stupid. I can't fix your kind of stupid, AH.
You don't know what the costs are going to be you blooming idiot. You don't know what the taxes are going to be.
So please, just quit embarrassing yourself.

I don't see a link for your fist two pronouncements...the only investing in renewables China does is to steal our technology with them and take over the manufacturing of them like solar panels...do you know how many solar panel companies in the USA have gone under because China under cuts them via slave labor?...and if China is planting trees its because China needs lumber you fool....not to make the air cleaner....

Really trying to prove you are one fucked up ignoramus, eh? Here is what the USGS says about that;

Do the Earth's volcanoes emit more CO2 than human activities? No.

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is a greenhouse gas and is the primary gas blamed for climate change. While sulfur dioxide released in contemporary volcanic eruptions has occasionally caused detectable global cooling of the lower atmosphere, the carbon dioxide released in contemporary volcanic eruptions has never caused detectable global warming of the atmosphere. In 2010, human activities were responsible for a projected 35 billion metric tons (gigatons) of CO2 emissions. All studies to date of global volcanic carbon dioxide emissions indicate that present-day subaerial and submarine volcanoes release less than a percent of the carbon dioxide released currently by human activities. While it has been proposed that intense volcanic release of carbon dioxide in the deep geologic past did cause global warming, and possibly some mass extinctions, this is a topic of scientific debate at present.

Carbon is blamed for climate change....Blamed for??? nothing is proven regarding carbon and its relation to climate change....and many scientists are voicing their concern that we are moving too fast with renewables and it may not be necessary....and it sure ain't worth ruining our economy over it....

"Spencer explained that media pundits wildly exaggerate claims of global warming or climate change with every extreme weather event or wildfire, but the data and evidence tell a different story"

Good lord, we are now at 20% renewables, and that percentage is going up every day. Yes, we full well know what the cost are.

Probably due to the fact that if you have the intellect for a science education in China, you get one, no problems about loans. So today, they are filing more patents than we are. In fact, much of their technology is well ahead of us. And the are planting trees in an effort to hold back the deserts. Really, you should do a bit of reading before revealing your ignorance.

Oh it's starting to materialize in coastal cities, some island locals, in unprecedented extreme drought and/or flooding in parts of the world that obviously does not directly affect you and me.

Mind you, just because we don't have some movie sci-fi action going on doesn't meat dire circumstances are manifesting themselves.
Better tell Obama to move real soon. I hope he gets back at those swindlers who suckered him into buying that seaside mansion.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is Dr. Spencer's own graph;

Yes, we know Dr. Spencer well. But this is own graph, and it shows a very strong warming in the last twenty years. We are now in a La Nina, but the anomaly is exceeding some previous El Nino periods.

But so what??? the earth heats and it will cool...and if it doesn't we can deal with it if we are smart....forest management sea walls are among many things we can do...but if another deadly virus is released by accident of on purpose it could kill millions...I contest that is our most pressing issue not the climate changing...that's what climate does...it changes...

Correct. The public are lead to believe that 440ppm co2 is too great and if the planet heats up by 3c, it's the end of civilization.
Before the political science, science concluded that in the Cretaceous period, it was 2,400pm co2 and so 4c warmer than today, on average. But why didn't life evaporate? In fact, it flourished, so much so, this was the period in the earth's history the dinosaurs apparently flourished. It took a meteorite to wipe them out.

So where does manmade climate change come into this? Did science for donkey years get it wrong, or is the science of today motivated by something else!! 💰
You really don't have the IQ to be discussing anything Righty.
I'm sure many creatures did just fine but that's hardly the issue now.

""..The Cretaceous period (145 to 66 million years ago) is the youngest prolonged greenhouse interval in Earth history and was different from our present world in many respects, such as very high global mean temperatures and a very high mean global sea-level up to 250 m above today's sea-level.."

How would that do now with 8 Billion Humans? Probably half living below 50' above sea level.
A good percent at 10' or less.
NY, Miami, London. Shanghai.
The world's coastal areas overall.

Your ignorance is staggering
How would this be now?

Check out the position of land in Jurassic, the warm Earth parameter we know....

Very little land in the polar circles = very little ice

Climate change is 99% about where land is. Co2 either does nothing or is statistically insignificant.
