In Liberal minds, rent free.
Trying to end poverty by giving them money for food is like trying to put out a fire with gasoline.

Giving them food, housing, sustinence if any kind only serves to make poverty and dependence a viable option for them. What happens when you take care of the poor? They make more poor babies.

This is why after all this time since the war on poverty began, and even before that, going back to when welfare began, we have more poor people than we started with.

There are ways to fix the problem, but it will require the courage to do it and that kind of courage is lacking even in the GOP let alone the left.

They say in our parks, don't feed the animals because they will become dependent.

Not that the poor are animals but you give enough food to the squirrels in the park and they will no longer search for their own food. Before long you will have families of squirrels feed off of you.

Just admit it.

“If this is going to be a Christian nation that doesn't help the poor, either we have to pretend that Jesus was just as selfish as we are, or we've got to acknowledge that He commanded us to love the poor and serve the needy without condition and then admit that we just don't want to do it.”
Stephen Colbert

“Conservatives say if you don't give the rich more money, they will lose their incentive to invest. As for the poor, they tell us they've lost all incentive because we've given them too much money.”
George Carlin

Robert Malthus figured this out decades ago.

Just admit it.

This should be a MORALITY nation, not a Religious nation. Morality supercedes Religion and always should.

Just admit it.

Jesus was better able to judge the poor from those who refused to be anything else.

Just admit it.

And whose morality would that be?

This MSM story referring to this part of the problem as a 'hero mom' certainly makes the road to recovery more difficult. They should have just left out the middle letters and referred to her more accurately as 'Ho mom'.
She goes to church every Sunday and makes babies with several daddies? And she's lauded by BET and Oprah?

For Baltimore hero mom video captures only part of her struggle

Stephen Colbert?

You realize he's a comedian right?

Hmmmm... You get your talking points from comedians I see.

I imagine you don't realize how sad that really is.

Yes, help them. Don't support them. It even states in the bible, if you don't work you don't eat.

Haven't you been paying attention, that's where liberals get their news.
