The introduction of foreign workers to Vegas has a lot to do with why they went liberal.

Regarding the shooting at the Country Western Even....they have still failed to come up with a motive for that.

Though, for those in the know the most obvious motive was never even considered....the media being stupid as usual had no clue and or they were bought of by the big boys who control Vegas or political pressure on their controllers was brought to bear.
