Trump's sentencing hearing is Sept 18th. SCOTUS refuses to intervein and his lawyers have been unable to get any further delays. Maximum sentence is 4 years. And, that is not a hoax or misinformation.

Smith is asking the court to clarify Trump's immunity in regard to the Jan 6th case. Also the court of appeals is considering Smith's request to reopen the classified documents case.
