First of all the Bundesrat did still not agree and perhaps has Russia and/or the USA - by controlling the political party BSW ("Stalinists") and by supporting the political party AfD ("Nazis") or by blackmail and/or other criminal manipulations - a possibility to continue their political war on Germany and Europe.

But if this decision will become finally real then the relation between the debts and the GDP of the federal republic of Germany could also grow to billions of % because the debts for the military defence became to be able to be unlimited - what is so in all or nearly all countries of the world.
