Zerohedge...........
Stadtwerke München municipal utility announced it will significantly boost the price of electricity by up to a whopping 81 percent, a number of German media outlets have reported.Zerohedge...........
OK, the price of gasoline in Germany is $7.50 per gallon. So it cost about $0.25 per mile at 30 mpg. Now the highest price for fast charging was $0.69. Figuring 3 miles per kwh, that is $0.23 a mile. At the lower rate, that is $0.13 per mile. So it is still cheaper to run the EV. Of course, if one has their own solar, as do many Germans, it is cheaper yet.
“A price increase of 28% (AC) or 81% (DC) is already brutal. That’s no longer an adjustment, it’s brutal,” described one consumer.

You didn't know that their gasoline cost is elevated by large TAX base in it?
Thus, your claims are misleading.
Germany $2.79
America $0.56

Silly ass, the price is still what the consumer pays. So those figures are correct and an EV is still less costly to fuel. Soon, here in the US EV's will replace the diesel trucks. Cannot happen to soon, get those stinking bastards off the road. You didn't know that their gasoline cost is elevated by large TAX base in it?

You mean you just cannot admit that even with that price increase, the EV's are cheaper to fuel than the ICE vehicles. You missed the key word MISLEADING, I never commented about what the consumer pays it is about how YOU claim with your dishonest math games on it.

No, it is clear you don't want to make an honest assessment on the economics which is why you are not credible.
That's a low start as well. If you can't charge at home, you pay anywhere from double to four times the cost at charge points.Sorry....I have to laugh.....
