The memorandum from Wolfgang Schäuble (CDU), President of the Bundestag, is bitterly serious - and a wonderful piece of real satire.
Members of parliament and staff of the Bundestag in Berlin have to wear masks after the summer break - but because of the resulting increase in the concentration of carbon dioxide in the blood, they are supposed to take off their mouth-nose protection under their chin every 30 minutes to take a deep breath. This is reported by Focus with reference to an internal document of the German Bundestag.
"This urgent recommendation applies starting from entering the real estate in principle for all persons and all traffic areas like for example the corridors and stairways, lounges, sanitary rooms, catering trade areas (except at the table) and the library, in addition, for meeting rooms and conference rooms," is called it according to focus in the house report.
However, the explosive part is found elsewhere in the memo:

"After only 30 minutes of wearing the garment, depending on the type of mouth-nose covering, there can be a significant increase in the CO2 values in the blood, as the exhaled air may not be able to escape as easily. However, it is also not advisable to constantly remove and refit the mouth-nose cover, as this increases the risk of contamination. In between you should put it under your chin to breathe through, but carry it on.

Disgusting hideous lying vermin. Only folk is obliged to wear muzzle, not its masters
