According to republicans, it is all a fake, the House investigations, the 60 federal and state courts that rejected Trump's claim of election fraud, The Manhattan District Attorney's Office charges of illegally filing business records, racketeering charges in Georgia, Violation of laws regarding classified documents in Florida, and the Jan 6th trial in Washington in which Trump faces charges in the invasion of US Capitol.

Expecting the American people to believe that these charges are all fake and some kind of democrat conspiracy is going to be a very hard sell and convictions will make it an even harder sell.
