Even if Trump could convince a jury that the election was stolen, that is not a get out of jail free card for Trump and his followers. However, I doubt the judge would allow admittance of such evidence. The fact that Trump tried to expose it isn't proof that he committed a crime.

In his first impeachment he was indicted for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.
In his second impeachment he was indicted with "incitement of insurrection" in urging his supporters to march on the Capitol building. In his current Georgia trial, he was charged with violation of the Rico statue by pressure state officials to change the certified vote count.

The only similarity is that in each incident, Trump violates the law or the constitution in order to accomplish his goal which is what he has done throughout his life. He does as he pleases and the laws be dammed and his followers love him for it.
