Protect state buildings and monuments only ? We need a battle plan that includes going through Atlanta just like going through Iraq from door to door arresting the gangs, removing their weapons, and restoring order by also arresting their leaders who have stirred this all up.

Sure George Floyd was killed or had died while being detained for fighting with the law, but not allowing for the courts/justice system to do it's thing was something else altogether involved.

Martin Luther King was a man of God who knew that you don't accomplish anything by extreme unruly measures being taken. He organized and accomplished his dream for the oppressed by way of proper discourse, and having a knowledge that all White's weren't evil, just like all Black's aren't evil as well.

What we have today is the blame game going on, and in this strategy we have the actual attempt to steal or intimidate the nation into submission by way of a power hungry highjacked Democrat party. It must be seen for what it is, and I think that it is being seen for what it is.

We can anticipate some clod asking, "well, how do you know that they are law-abiding citizens?"
The National Guard can have members with access to the same online source that allows them to see if firearms are stolen and the person's criminal history. If a firearm comes back as stolen, the firearm is confiscated and the person arrested for possession of stolen property and if the person is identified as a member of a known criminal gang, he or she is arrested.
On a separate note, there needs to be a law specifically directed at those with stolen firearms in their possession, a long, long prison sentence to deter the idea of having stolen firearms in their possession.

I recall that. The US government was supplying arms to rebels that were combating Communists. That's acceptable to me.

True, and thugs and gangs are law abiding until their not. Should we wait till these known thugs and their gangs act before taking their illegal drugs and alledged legal weapons away ????

The problem is that the left tries to hide out the bad amongst the good, and all in hopes to get an across the board ban on guns.... So there will be no targeting of criminal or possible criminal elements without driving the left out of it's mind.... Well at least we were able to get some maximum punishment carried out in the last week. MAGA.
