You've hit a wall in your argument and can't explain how the process goes from somebody having a registration form to be being a registered voter and casting a fraudulent vote to count in an election. You know that we have checks and balances so that type of things can't commonly occur. So now you're pretending like you've answer the questions when you really haven't.

At least now you know where your arguments hit the wall. I suggest you do more research and try and get a better grasp on the actual situation so you don't keep coming up short in debates like this.
