It’s a bit misleading. 20 is what they found, but not necessarily all that there are. They even says there are another 156 that are under investigation

Also, the reason they were caught, in part:

They were found in part because they had signed affidavits attesting that they were not citizens in order to get out of jury duty.

How many might there be who didn’t get a jury summons.

Also, this was an internal investigation.

One of the reasons the secretary ordered this noncitizenship audit is to prove to people that -- while there are ways that some can potentially get on -- it is increasingly rare," Sterling said Wednesday. "There is no proof that there is this overwhelming number of noncitizens on the rolls."

Georgia has the cleanest voter list in the entire country," Raffensperger, a Republican, said of the audit. "Georgia can trust in their elections."

I mean, it’s in their best interest to make sure the number is small, when they are trying to prove Georgia has the cleanest voter rolls. Do you think if they had found 10,000 illegals on the voter rolls, it would have been a good look for them?
