George Will in NYPost- Lawsuit to stop the tyranny that is Obama

George Will today in the NY Post.. Finally someone is saying what we all know should be done.

From the article he explains Obama was not the first but has been egregious:
Regarding immigration, health care, welfare, education, drug policy and more, Obama has suspended, waived and rewritten laws, including the Affordable Care Act.
That law required the employer mandate to begin this year. But Obama wrote a new law-

Obama, however, has perpetrated more than 40 suspensions of laws. Were presidents the sole judges of the limits of their latitude, they would effectively have plenary power to vitiate the separation of powers, the Founders’ bulwark against despotism.

Should be an interesting test on whether the House can put its differences aside long enough to cooperate on such a lawsuit.

If successful, what exactly will be the result of such a lawsuit? More court orders or laws that Obama will simply ignore, as he has ignored the laws to date?

I'm with you.. I'm interested to see if they now move on it.. It should take an article in any paper to make the weasels in Congress do their jobs. Sad times we live in.

Presidents don't write/re-write laws. That is unconstitutional. Therefore, it is the duty of any American that feels the President is UNCONSTITUTIONALLY behaving as a legislator to fill suit in Federal Court.

Agreed and that is precisely the intent of the OP-Ed by George Will, to put a stop to the absolute abuse this President has exercised.

Edit to add: This President has written and re-written 40 different laws as noted in the article. If you're calling George Will a liar, speak up and counter his argument.

Then George Will is smart enough to file a suit in Federal court over something so "obviously" unConstitutional. Don't you think?
