George Santos Got His Shady Campaign Cash From Italian Busted Smuggling Illegal Migrants

The New York Republican accepted campaign contributions from Rocco Oppedisano, who was expelled from the U.S. in January 2019 and then arrested for piloting a yacht loaded with undocumented migrants and $200,000 in cash toward Florida, and the donations are almost certainly illegal, reported The Daily Beast.

Santos appointed Oppedisano's brother Joseph and nice Tina, who operate the upscale Queens restaurant Il Bacco, to his “Small Businesses for Santos Coalition,” and his two campaigns spent $25,443.64 at the eatery since first running for Congress in 2020, and his most recent campaign reported owing Il Bacco $18,773.54 for its 2022 Election Night party.

Enjoy that gavel while you can Kevin. That slim majority is about to get slimmer.

Whathisname (this POS has more names than I count) is also buds with a guy who has family ties to a Russian Oligarch. His presense on the floor of the House is an insult to that body, but because this turd is ReNaziKlan it's all kinds of fine, well, right and good.

And Republicans continue to attempt to defend the indefensible.

It is irresponsible to promote a single unverified source and promote it as fact, especially from an outfit like 'rawstory' well-known for their bogus attacks on Trump and the GOP.

Lay of the poor guy. If it wasn't for lies and monetary ties to our enemies we wouldn't have any politicians left.

I seriously doubt you would have written that if it Hunter Biden had buddy who had ties to a Russian Oligarch.

If this were Democrat you people would be howling, but as long as it is a ReNaziKlan you don't give two shits.
