Gen Flynn withdrew his plea, and then the DOJ after, the Court forced the Brady evidence to be turned over, did the right thing and dismissed the case.

Robert Mueller was in charge of the Office of the Independent Counsel. At no time did he prosecute anyone while he was. Neither did anyone who worked for him during that time.
