Incest? Congenital problems?

You do realize that she was a surrogate mother, don't you? Another woman's egg was fertilized by the man's sperm and implanted into the mother to carry the growing child. The man and his mother did not have a child together, she was more like an incubator.

And while this is an unusual circumstance, it is not the first case of a mother being the surrogate for her child :

Law might consider it incest. But empirically it's not. Mom's just a 'host body.' No actual sex, nor genetic component donated from her means no incest.
