If you live in California you have a Constitutional right to enjoy parks without being afraid of creatures who live in the darkness. You have the right to walk down the street without stepping on haz-mat waste. You have the right to assume that the border between the U.S. and Mexico will protect you from a zombie hoard of illegal aliens who will steal everything and not face arrest.
