Europe doesn’t want to share money with the USA! $5 million invested to the "Eastern partnership" programs are the money taken from Gaddafi’s deposit accounts. The EU tries to spend all his deposits asap investing them to European projects because doesn’t want to share with the States. The fact is that the USA has the right to the trophy taken in Libya... Thus, Europe decided to deceive and sucker Americans!
