2. The bullies had no right (nor authority) to approach Karmelo.
3. The bullies had even less right to touch him w/o permission.
4. Karmelo was well w/i his rights to defend his life which he was in fear of losing.
5. Unfortunately, one of the bullies got the dirty end of the stick and is now pushing up daisies.
6. The deceased bully brought about his own demise.
